WOW what a service, -- thank you guys for taking my call in such early hour, I am so relieved, you guys really made my day. I just have to tell everyone about this, they got all sorts of tools in their computer lab, I had never seen this many tools and equipment, I think one of their techs answered the call so early in the morning, they came and met me on on a THANKS GIVING day, unbelievable, I couldn't even find any IT or computer store open let alone getting someone answering the phone and helping me. The fellow who helped me just pressed a few buttons and looked at my 4 thousand dollars MSI laptop and then explained the problem when I was thinking the issue was something completely different. I think his name was Soroush, he explained the error and slowness and the noise, just couldn't believe it how easy to understand he made it for me. He took out the little piece of plastic VOILA, it is working again. He also gave me recommendations for future work and improvements and gave me options and cost of each and and just so polite and friendly fellow. Thank you so much for such great job! Highly recommend & would go back if needed again. I walked in and Hector immediately did an initial assessment on my laptop and was able to determine the hard drive was fine but there was some other issue. I left my laptop with him and he figured out and fixed the issue within an hour. Super nice and great service.

I’ve had a problem with my Mac that I’ve literally been trying to fix for the last 3 years. Apple has been absolutely useless. I’m so glad I came across Soroush. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent on another level. He was easily able to fix the issue and I’ve been finally able to reuse my Mac ever since. The prices are also very fair and reasonable and they even do home visits if necessary. This is for sure my go to place from now on for computer issues. Can’t recommend enough.

I have a laptop with a broken hinge but otherwise functional. He took the time to diagnosis the problem and he even located the needed part. However because of the cost of the repair and the value of the (cheap) laptop he recommended against repairing it. He was helpful, friendly and very careful in how he handled the laptop.

A few weeks ago my motherboard fried and several other parts were partially or severely damaged. My brother found reviews and a 24/7 hotline for PC Helper Team, so I gave them a call and not only did Soroush give me excellent advice on what to do to salvage as much as possible, but he drove out to my apartment a few days later to pick up the machine and run diagnostics (for free). The very next day I heard back that Hector had thoroughly tested every single part, found that most of them were salvageable, and with my permission also backed up all my important data to a new hard drive. The following Friday I came back with parts for a new machine and sat with Hector as he walked me through the build from scratch and offered all of his knowledge and advice for absolutely no extra charge. Soroush similarly educated me on a few things throughout the process, again for no extra charge. Now I have a beautiful new machine that runs without a hitch, salvaged backup parts in case anything ever happens to it, and not a scrap of my important data was lost. Every step of the way the two of them not only provided me with top shelf service and education to boot, but they did so while trying to charge me as little money as possible. A job that easily would have cost me thousands of dollars elsewhere didn’t even come close to a 4 digit figure with PC Helper Team. Soroush and Hector are experts in their field in every regard and dedicated to their customers like no other business I’ve come across. Do yourself an enormous favor and hire these guys for any computer issues you run into; they are unprecedentedly kind, hard working and brilliant.

My PC stopped working, and they were able to fit me in the same day! The price would have been very high for a replacement motherboard and graphics card, but they lowered it by an insane amount. Both Soroush and Hector were very kind and helpful, and they kept in touch frequently as my computer was being repaired. Incredible service!
