About

We are I Love Praag / I Love Krakow, a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator offering guided walking experiences through the open-air museums of Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava. Our team is a club of the cities’ most experienced guides, many with more than ten years leading tours in Prague, Krakow, or Bratislava. Having worked for the largest local tour operators, these guides felt out of place there and have joined I Love Praag to take on a fresh, passionate challenge. We started the company because we love these European capitals and want to share that enthusiasm on every walk.

Our guides form a club of the most experienced in the cities, and many have more than ten years giving tours. They have previously worked for the largest tour operators in the area.

Why was I Love Praag started?

We started because we love these European capitals and wanted to share that passion. Many guides sought a new, more fitting challenge after leaving their former roles.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
